Located strategically near the Umhlanga/Mount Edgecombe interchange, the 65,000 m² regional shopping center was conceptualized to provide a unique shopping and leisure experience that blends national retailers with an outdoor lifestyle, featuring shaded walkways, indigenous vegetation, and an integrated cycle track. It also notably preserved a 112-year-old Natal Fig tree.
