The third quarter of 2025 has been an exciting season of milestones and growth for HVAC Installations. The most significant achievement was the successful completion of the South African Reserve Bank project. The largest undertaking in the company’s history. The scale and complexity of this project brought out the very best of our team, and its completion stands as a proud moment in our four decades of service.
Earlier in the year, several other landmark projects were also delivered, including Sandton Towers, Menlyn Learning Hub, Telesure Main Plant, and the Sandton Convention Centre. While these wrapped up in the first half of 2025, they continue to represent the level of quality, precision, and reliability that defines our work.
This quarter also marked an exciting new chapter for the company with the expansion into the Western Cape. The opening of a brand-new warehouse and office space in Montague Gardens, Cape Town strengthens our footprint and allows us to serve clients in the region with even greater efficiency and support.
Another highlight of 2025 has been the opportunity to celebrate 40 years in business. Since 1985, HVAC Installations has completed more than a thousand projects across South Africa and beyond. This milestone is not just about longevity. It’s about the partnerships, people, and trust that have made this journey possible. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has played a role in our story over the past four decades.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Bianca de Villiers as Director of HVAC Installations (Pty) Ltd. Bianca has been part of the HVAC family for nearly a decade, growing from Procurement Assistant to Office Manager, and now to her new role as Director and Company Secretary. She currently manages the Human Resources department for more than 250 employees, oversees all company finances, and is responsible for credit and compliance applications across the HVAC Group. Bianca also plays a key role in maintaining a strong BEE rating. Her leadership, attention to detail, and dedication continue to make a meaningful impact within the business.
In pursuit of continuous improvement and innovation, HVAC Installations was also invited to attend the ISH Conference in Germany. One of the world’s leading events focused on water management, energy, and building technology. Director Johan Boersema represented the company at the conference, gaining valuable insights into global trends in sustainability and future HVAC technologies. This participation forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of efficient, environmentally responsible solutions.
Looking ahead, our teams remain busy with projects such as Compensation House, Merchant Capital, and Premier Aeroton Phase 3, while also preparing for large-scale installations planned for the end of 2025 and into 2026.
Q3 has been less about grand announcements and more about consistency, growth, and gratitude. As the year moves into its final stretch, HVAC Installations continues to focus on sustainable expansion, innovative technologies, and the relationships that form the foundation of our success.
